Harvard Forum.

The Forum held a competitive debate for membership last night in Harvard 1. The subject for debate was: "Resolved, that the principles of the Monroe Doctrine apply in the Venezuela question."

The principal speakers were: On the affirmative, F. R. Steward '96, and on the the negative, F. Dobyns '98. Five minutes were allowed to each speaker from the floor. The following men spoke: A.
