Twenty-one men are now trying for the ninety-eight crew. The order of the first crew is not fixed, but changes from day to day, though Adams continues to stroke. The two crews row in the rowing room of the Gymnasium every day. After the rowing, the chest weights are used, and then the whole squad takes a long run.
None of the members of last year's freshman crew has yet come out, though some of them occasionally assist in the coaching.
