A. C. GARRETT.CYCLING ASSOCIATION.- There will be a meeting of the Cycling Association in Sever 5 at 7.30 p. m. on Friday evening, December 11. At this meeting the officers for the coming year will be elected and the plans for the spring meets discussed. There will be addresses by wellknown riders and college athletes. All members of the Association and all men interested in bicycling are urged to be present.
