Every member of the University, a long list of graduates, and hosts of Harvard well-wishers all over the country, unite in an earnest and deeply felt wish for that full measure of success for the team in the game this afternoon, which its unselfish untiring work so richly deserves for it. The eleven has borne uncomplainingly the innumerable bruises and injuries of a hard season's training that Harvard might win this afternoon; and graduates and undergraduates alike have a fuller appreciation of its endeavors than they are apt to give expression to in words. But every man on the team may be sure that he has the entire confidence and the sincere best wishes of the University.
