PRIMROSE AND WEST'S MINSTRELS AT THE PARK THEATRE.- Primrose and West's Minstrels will follow "Chimmie Fadden" at the Park Theatre a week from next Monday. This year the company is composed of an organization of blacks and whites, each and every one said to be an artist of unusual excellence. Two distinct organizations rolled into one make the most gigantic organization of minstrel talent ever heard or dreamed of. Three military bands, one a pickaninny band of unusual merit under the able directorship of a European Conductor is an especial feature. All are uniformed in the most extravagant fashion. Two distinct first parts, concluding the most pronounced sensation ever introduced, are only a few of the features Promised, and the promises of Primrose and West are always accepted with that degree of faith which means crowded houses everywhere. The combination of white and colored talent as arranged by primrose and West was made with a view of presenting minstrelsy from its birth to the present day, and old timers who gloat over the good old days of yore when minstrels were minstrels will have an opportunity to draw comparisons besides being allowed the privilege of enjoying two excellent performances for one price.

Perhaps the most interesting features of the week will be the 300th performance which will be observed on Friday evening in a manner which will prove especially pleasing to those who are fortunate enough to attend. At a considerable expense the management have arranged for one of the most attractive, useful and appropriate sterling silver souvenirs ever given in a Boston theatre. They will prove both unique and useful.
