Last evening, at the most important meeting of the Christian Association to be held during this week of prayer, Professor Palmer gave a frank talk on the temptations to which men are exposed in the life at college. Although Holden chapel was full, it is to be regretted that more men did not hear this address. At the close of the meeting, Dr. Peabody offered a short prayer.
