THE selection of the "Mikado" as the bill at the Castle Square Theatre for election week is likely to prove a most acceptable attraction for the patrons of this popular amusement resort. The operatta has always been held in extremely high favor in Boston since its remarkable run of nearly two hundred nights upon the occasion of its original production in this city. Its performance at the Castle Square Theatre last season was almost universally commended, and the organization of the present season is admirably suited to revive the work successfully.

The cast will be as follows: Mikado, Mr. Lindsey Morison; Nanki Poo, Edgar Temple and Mr. Hanshue; Koko, Oscar Girard; Pish Tush, John Read; Pooh Bah, J. K. Murray and W. H. Clark; Yum Yum, Clara Lane; Pitti Sing, Laura Millard; Peep Boo, Miss Lehman; Katisha, Rose Leighton.

The "Mikado" will be followed on Monday, Nov. 9, with "Iolanthe."

LOST.- Tuesday afternoon, a golf club, left standing against the fence opposite the car station. Finder will please leave same with Leavitt and Peirce.
