We have received a memoir of Dr. Andrew Preston Peabody, prepared for the Massachusetts Historical Society by Edward J. Young (University Press). It is written in a charming personal vein which must appeal to all those who had the privilege of knowing Dr. Peabody and others who, less fortunate in not having had that privilege, still revere his memory.
