We call the attention of students who are interested in Natural History to a notice in another column inviting them to attend the meeting of the Harvard Natural History Society this evening.

This society is now in its sixtieth year. During its long career it has exerted a wide influence and done an abundance of useful work, and it is now well organized for its work of the present year. The members are thoroughly interested in the development and study of Natural History. Nearly all of the Museum staff are, or have been associated with the society. Many of its past members have become famous. Thus it may be seen that the Natural History society is one of considerable importance though little known to the students in general. We urge all interested students to attend the meeting tonight, not only with a view to aiding the society, but to helping themselves in their Natural History study by association with the society.
