Two full car-loads of men from the Republican Club went in to Boston last evening to the American House to attend a Republican mass meeting given under the auspices of the Young Men's Metropolitan Club.
About three hundred attended the meeting which was enthusiastic and successful in every way. The following men made short speeches: President Davis of the Harvard Republican Club, Mr. T. T. Crawford, J. P. Warren G. S., W. P. Dutton L. S., Mr. Edward Brown, W. S. Youngman L. S., L. L. Gillespie '98, J. P. Hall L. S., and Dr. Courtney of Boston.
