The conclusion of arrangements for a spring meeting in track athletics between Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania has happily been brought about during the vacation. Pennsylvania's strength in this department of athletics has been well demonstrated in the intercollegiate games of recent years. The contest for second place last spring was a close one and a trial of strength between the two universities alone under the present arrangement will be of the greatest interest.
