Freshman Baseball.

Yesterday afternoon the freshman nine did not play the game which had been arranged with a nine from the law school, but instead were coached, mainly in batting, by Mason.

The freshman team has decided, instead of using their money for a training table, to have Mason, catcher of the '93 'Varsity team, as permanent coach.

To - day a game will be played with the Brown freshman nine. It is especially desired that all members of the freshmen class attend the game and give the nine their hearty support.

The game today will be played on Soldiers Field at 4 o'clock. The batting order of the Harvard nine will be as follows:

Haskell, 2b.; Hayes, s.s.; McVey, 3b.; Brown, (Slade), c.; Chandler, r.f.; Edmunds, c.f.; Goodridge, l.f.; Walker, (Hall), 1b.; Cozzens, (Holt), p.
