Question: "Resolved, That Japan should be given equal treaty rights with other nations."

The debate will be opened by S. H. Foster L. S., and L. T. Hildreth '96, on the affirmative; H. L. Belisle '96, and J. Hewins '96, on the negative. Candidates for membership will be limited to five minutes in their speeches.

This will be the last debate for membership this year, except that freshmen will be given an opportunity to speak after vacation.
