The ninety-seven crew has received somewhat of a shaking-up, owing to the fact that White will not be able to row any more this year. S. W. Sleeper has joined the squad, and has been taken to the training table.
Yesterday afternoon the crew used the new shell, but did not take a time row. The boat is almost as steady as a barge, but this is partially due to the fact that it weighs considerably more than an ordinary shell. A time row will be taken soon, when the exact worth of the boat may be determined.
The eight rowed as follows:
Stroke, Watson; 7, Wrightington; 6, Sleeper; 5, Chapman; 4, Dunlop; 3, Kernan; 2, Little; bow, Rantoul.
