The Freshman Glee Club is making considerable progress. W. W. Hoyt, the leader has trained the upper and lower parts separately. By this method great precision has been obtained and the voices on each part have thus had individual attention. As yet, however, the singing is ragged, owing to a lack of time and expression. Several new pieces will be sung and H. M. Woodruff will probably be the soloist.
