Memorial Day Exercises.

Now that the committee has been appointed to take charge of the Memorial Day exercises, preparations for these exercises will begin very soon.

It is Professor Norton's opinion that there should be no formal address given this year, but rather some prominent man should simply read the record of those Harvard men who lost their lives in the Civil War. Professor Norton thinks, also, that the local G. A. R. post should be invited to be present at the exercises, as on Memorial Day a year ago, and that, if possible, the Glee Club should sing songs of a more patriotic character than on similar occasions heretofore, thus increasing the spirit of enthusiasm and patriotism.
