Dr. Sargent was empowered, at the meeting of the Harvard Gymnastic Association yesterday, to choose two members to serve with him, as a committee to draw up a constitution and by-laws for the association. The committee of the Boston Gymnastic Association has been appointed, but has not yet been called together.
