The debate of the Harvard Union last night was well attended. The question which was debated was the municipal control of street railroads. E. C. Ellis L. S., and W. J. Peacock L. S., had the affirmative, and A. C. Train '96 and J. P. Parker '96, the negative. The decision was in favor of the affirmative by a large majority.
