The following orders were issued by Lieutenant Robinson yesterday:
HEADQUARTERS HARVARD RIFLES,CAMBRIDGE, MASS.,March 15, 1895.Orders No. 3.
1. The following promotions and appointments are announced:
To be cadet captain, First Sergeant Fullerton.
To be cadet lieutenant, Sergeant Bordman.

To be first sergeant, Sergeant Tilden.
To be sergeants, Corporals Frothingham and Outerbridge, F.
To be corporals, Privates McPherson, Eaton, Francis, O'Brien, Osborn and Powers.
2. The captain's chevrons will consist of four stripes; the lieutenant's of three.
