It has been decided by the joint committee in charge of the Harvard Union-Wendell Phillips Club debate to have a decision on the merits of the debate rendered by three impartial judges. At the meeting of the Harvard Union tonight constitutional amendments will be discussed and the executive committee will submit a list of names for speakers in the debate with the Wendell Phillips Club and a schedule of debates for the rest of the year. An especially full attendance is desired.
