Arrangements are being made to hold a joint debate between the Harvard Union and the Harvard Forum this fall. The date has not yet been definitely settled, but the debate will take place some time in November.
In general, the rules adopted will be similar to those which governed the inter-club debate last year. That contest was made unusually interesting by the large number of speakers on each side, which gave unusual opportunity for rebuttal, as well as a full representation of the strength of the two clubs.
