At the risk of anticipating arrangements already planned by the football management we recommend that definite provision be made for organized cheering at the Pennsylvania game. Desultory shouting does very well in a game with weak opponents, but when the contest is a close one and it is all important that the team should not lose courage for a moment, it makes a great deal of difference, whether the cheering is strong and hearty or weak and spiritless.
