Yesterday afternoon the 'varsity played a practice game with the ninety-seven eleven. The juniors showed up fairly well although the 'varsity found little difficulty in making the required distance. The superior weight of the 'varsity line prevented the ninety-seven men from gaining much ground.
Frank Shaw played centre on the 'varsity. He has got a case for his shoulder, and seems to be all right again.
