At the executive meeting of the Freshman Debating Club last night, a set of by-laws were framed, subject to the approval of the members. The subject for the next debate, October 23, is: Resolved, That suffrage be extended to the women of the United States. The speakers appointed on the affirmative are Mr. F. E. Thayer, Mr. C. E. Williams, Mr. J. B. Studley; on the negative, Mr. E. H. Virgin, Mr. E. Boody, Mr. W. B. Becker.
