A new system of delivering the mail to professors and students not residing in the dormitories, who have their mail sent to them at the college, has been adopted by the college authorities at Brown. A large and commodious office has been fitted up in one corner of the Steward's office, where provision is made for the different professors and instructors, each of whom has his own private box, and also for the laboratories, which are cared for in like manner.
