To the Editors of the Crimson:
As many of us know, Frederick Douglass is to be in Boston in a few days, and is expected to speak in the People's Church on May 10.
There are many students, I feel sure, who would feel glad to hear him speak, and I do not doubt that, if arrangements could be made for him to speak in Sanders some evening, there would be a full house to greet him. Harvard should and, no doubt, would consider it an honor to be addressed by him.
Could not the CRIMSON or some society take this matter in hand and see if arrangements could be made?
