Yale '97; 10; Harvard '97, 1.

In the freshman game at New Haven yesterday, the Yale nine won through heavier hitting and Harvard's weak backstop work. Scott's poor catching was due to a blow on the head from a bat. Harvard's only run came in the fifth inning. Murphy threw wildly to first and Garrison reached home before the ball could be recovered. The score by innings:
