From the results of the 'varsity games held at Yale last Wednesday and those held here on Saturday, it is evident that the struggle between the two Universities, when they meet in the track games, is to be severe. Out of the fourteen events to be contested there are not more than four in which first place can be given to either University with any assurance. Every one of the remaining ten events promises to be very close. In their efforts to secure victory, the lively sympathy of Harvard men will be given to Mr. Lathrop, Captain Wheelwright, and all members of the Mott Haven team.
