Amherst has formed a baseball league among its preparatory schools.
"Outing" for April has an article by R. D. Paine, Yale '94, entitled "Six Months with a University Crew." John Corbin '92 gives "A Forecast of the Yale-Harvard Games."
Gen. Francis A. Walker, LL. D., president of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, will give his celebrated lecture on "Bimetalism" at the Prospect Street Church, Cambridgeport, tonight at 8 o'clock. The admission is free. The public are invited.
The Glee, Banjo and Mandolin Clubs have made the following engagements for April: Benefit of Boys' Guild of Christ Church, Brattle Hall, April 23; Benefit of Prospect Union, Union Hall, Cambridgeport, April 24; Entertainment for Social Union, Brattle Hall, April 26.
