The Yale freshman crew manager has accepted the challenge for a race from the manager of the Columbia freshman crew provided Harvard will also enter the race.
At Heidelberg University there is a rule on record which was made in 1430, forbidding the practice by the older students of shaving the heads of new students and filling their ears with wax.
