The Wendell Phillips Club meets this evening at 7.30 in University 16. The subject for debate is, Resolved, That in times of distress the State on the municipalities should furnish work to the unemployed. The question will be debated on the affirmative by Wm. Healy and Howard Whitmore, or the negative by C. W. Mixter and E. C. Bradlee. The debate is open to all members of the University.
