Civil Service Reform Club.

A large number of men attended the meeting, held in Lower Massachusetts, last evening for the purpose of organizing a civil service reform club.

A. P. Stone, 2 L. S., presided and M. L. Black, 2 L. S., acted as temporary secretary.

A constitution was read and adopted. The club is to be called the "Harvard Civil Service Reform Club." Any member of the University may become a member of the club, by enrolling his name with the secretary and paying the annual dues of one dollar. The constitution provides for an annual meeting of the club, and at least two public meetings during the college year. Two members from each of the classes and two members each from the Law School, the Graduate School, the Lawrence Scientific School, together with one member each from the Divinity School and the Medical School, and five members appointed at large by the president, will compose an executive committee.

The following officers and members of the executive committee were elected:
