It is surprising to find how decidedly "fresh" even Harvard students can be occasionally. The sort of performance that occurs more or less regularly at Memorial Hall when visitors are in the gallery, and which was particularly objectionable last night must be stopped. If as is evidently the case, there are many men in the Hall so ill-bred that they do not know enough to treat strangers with civility, the gallery should be closed. Better keep visitors out altogether than let them in to shock them.
