Deutscher Verein.

A meeting of the Deutscher Verein was held last night at the rooms of one of the members. As the old constitution of the Verein had been lost during the summer, a new one was drawn up and adopted, and a number of new members were elected.

Boston Latin School Association.The Boston Latin School Association held a meeting last evening at the Delta Upsilon rooms. About fifty members were present and a pleasant evening was passed. The membership was increased to fifty-four. All Boston Latin School men who have not joined the association can do so by seeing the secretary, J. W. Edmunds, at Matthews 8.

Natural History Society.At the meeting of the Natural History Society held last night in Society Building, Dr. G. H. Parker lectured on the "Winking Movements of the Retinas in certain Crustaceans."

The committee on special meetings reported that several members have prepared papers for the special meetings; but the announcement of these meetings has not yet been made. A committee was appointed to make arrangements for a series of public lectures at which prominent scientists will be asked to speak on the Natural History of New England.

Mr. L. S. Griswold will lecture to the society next month on some geological subject illustrated with lantern slides.

Signet.On Tuesday evening Professor A. R. Marsh was elected president of the Signet. Alumni Association, and Henry Ware L. S., secretary.
