The one match that remained before the finals in the consolation tournament in singles has been defaulted on account of the bad weather, and the consolation prize was at last won by A. J. Boyden '95, who beat E. V. Frothingham '96, by the score: 6-4, 7-5, 6-8, 2-6, 10-8.
