Wendell Phillips Club.

The regular meeting of the Wendell Phillips Club occurs this evening at 7.30 in Harvard 1. The debate will be on the question, "Resolved, That the foreign policy of the present administration is weak and contrary to the best interests of the United States." L. C. Renfro '95 and J. H. T. Martin, Jr., '96 speak on the affirmative, and R. H. E. Starr '96 and W. Symmes '95 on the negative.

The meetings of the Wendell Phillips Club are all open to the public. All members of the University are invited to be present and to speak.

The best references are in the "Cyclopaedia of Current History," Vol. 3 and 4, at the desk in the Library Delivery Room, also in recent numbers of "Public Opinion" and the "Review of Reviews."

Shakespeare Club.The regular meeting of the Shakespeare Club was held last night. "The Tempest" was taken up. Mr. Hayes, Professor de Sumichrast, and Mr. Copeland will give informal talks to the club in the near future.
