TREADWELL CLEVELAND, JR.,Secretary.THE first meeting of the Freshman Debating Club will be held tonight at 7.30 in Sever 11. It is desired that all freshmen interested in debate be present. An opportunity to join the club will be given to those not at the organization.

THE Prospect Union is trying to collect a library in order that its members shall not have to buy text books. Books of all kinds will be thankfully received, and may be left at the CRIMSON office.

There will be an important meeting of the presidents, secretaries and leaders of the 'Varsity Glee, Banjo and Mandolin Clubs in 18 Holworthy, Thursday afternoon at 4.30.
