THE following men will please be at the University boat house today dressed to row, at the times designated: A. B. Emmons and D. M. Goodrich, 2.30; J. H. Perkins and K. Adams, 3 o'clock; L. S. Butler and J. C. Rice, 3.30; H. McBurney and E. G. Burgess, 4 o'clock.

E. H. FENNESSY.CRIMSON CANDIDATES. - The managing editor will be in the office today from 2.30 to 3.30 and Saturday from 1.30 to 2.30 to see all '97 and '98 men who wish to try for the paper.

'96 ELEVEN. - Practice at 3.30 sharp. We must have more men, so every body that can play football come out today.

THERE will be a meeting of the presidents, leaders and secretaries of the 'Varsity Glee, Banjo and Mandolin Clubs in 9 Holyoke, Monday, October 15, at 8 o'clock.

PIERIAN REHEARSAL. - The first rehearsal of the year will be held on Monday evening at 7 o'clock sharp. All old members, and all those selected for further trial, must be present. Bring music stands if possible.

C. S. PIERCE.FRESHMAN FOOTBALL. - Dr. Sargent will examine the following men today: Hayes, 2.00; Hurley, 2.05: Huiskamp, 2.10; Ingraham, 2.15; Hyde, 2.20; Holden, 2.25; Wilder, 2.30. Men who failed to be examined yesterday must go again today between two and three.
