Ninety-three and Ninety-four played the second game of the class series on Jarvis yesterday afternoon before a large number of supporters. The old time spirit of enthusiasm which seemed dead at the last game found its voice again yesterday and legitimate rattling was in order.
Ninety-four won the game, 12 to 8, by superior work in the field. Ninety-three made a total of 9 errors, as against 1 by Ninety-four. Winsor, for Ninety-three, gave 10 bases on balls and had 3 wild pitches to his credit. Coburn pitched a steady game for Ninety-four; at times he was hit hard, but the hits were scattered. For Ninety-three, Dinsmore did the best batting with 2 hits and a total of 6. Farquhar also made a home run. Fowell did excellent work at second for Ninety-four. In the two games he has accepted every one of the twenty-one chances. The score was as follows:
