President Gates of Amherst met with Presidents Raymond of Wesleyan and Andrews of Brown at Springfield, last week, to arrange for the annual convention of college presidents to be held in Hanover N. H., in November.
A new song-book entitled. "Yale Glees." has recently been compiled by T. G. Shepard, director of the Yale Glee Club. The book contains the words and music of all the new songs used by the University Glee Club during the past few years, and will be published about June 1. A great part of the contents has never been printed.
