Dr. Samuel W. Nelson '78 of Revere died Saturday night aged thirty-six. He was born in Milford Mass. and entered Harvard from Exeter. After graduating from the Medical School he built up a large practice. He belonged to many medical societies and was deligate to three International Medical Conventions.
