Canadian Club.

At the regular meeting of the Canadian Club held last evening, Hon. E. J. Hodgson, Master of the Rolls, spoke informally on the American constitution and politics. The speaker said that foreigners are apt to be better able to form an opinion of the American government and political parties, since, being apart from the country itself, they are not influenced by local or party prejudices.
