The annual list of deturs has been announced. For the first time the men are given in alphabetical order instead of in the order of rank. No deturs were awarded to any class but that of ninety-six. The usual number of deturs has been considerably increased in the last two years. Formerly the number was generally twenty-eight to thirty, but this is the second year that the number awarded to sophomores has been thirty-five. It will be seen from the following list that of the men who obtain deturs, twenty-six are from New England, and of these, twenty-one are from Massachusetts, two from Maine, two from Connecticut, and one from Vermont. Of the remaining nine, two are from New Jersey, and one each from New York, Washington, Ohio, Illinois, Minesota, Colorado, and Brazil.
