The International Law Club met last night at No. 4 Matthews. A paper was read by H. L. Prescott '94, on "The Balance of Power," and following this there was an informal discussion of the subject.
The following new members have been elected; S. B. McNear '95, C. F. Clarkson '94, and H. W. Prescott '94.
