Arthur H. Pierce, who since the beginning of the present college year has been assisting Professor Munsterberg, has been appointed to the Rufus B. Kellogg University fellowship at Amherst. He received his academic education at Amherst and in the fall of 1891 began special work in physiology at Harvard under Professors James and Munsterberg, with a course in metaphysics and the history of philosophy with Professor Royce. While here he received a scholarship and the Morgan fellowship of $500.
