The scores made by the Harvard Shooting Club yesterday afternoon were as follows: Founder's cup, Steadman 13, Lee 13, Sargent 12, Gould 12, Sterling 10, Lawton 6, Pike 5. Shoot-off, Steadman 14, Lee 12. Handicap match, Lee 0, 24; Sargent 0, 17; Byrd 0, 17; Sterling 2, 17; Gould 0, 14; Lawton 1, 14. Special match, Gould 14, Lee 14, Steadman 14, Sterling 10, Sargent 9, Lawton 8. Shoot-off, Lee 10, Steadman 9, Gould 4. A strong wind made high scores rare.
This is the last open shoot of the season. During the fall the following cups were shot for: Founder's cup, three times. First and second prize cups in matches A, B, D, E, F, and G. First prize cups in match C, and 2 special matches.
The team and a substitute will practice Saturday at Wellington, and every day next week at the grounds.
