There are still thirty-two candidates left for the freshman crew. The men on the whole are an intelligent lot and as far as they have gone, have caught the idea of the work very well. As yet they have only had the body swing with oars at arms length. The rest of the work consists of dumbbell exercises and a run up North avenue.
