The question for debate this evening is, "Resolved, that the English House of Lords should be abolished and an elective body substituted in its place." The principal disputants on the affirmative will be C. H. Lincoln and W. N. Cottrell. On the negative, Holmes Whitmore and P. G. Parsons.
A limited time will be allotted to speakers from the floor who desire to become candidates for membership. A committee of judges will select the best speakers (not to exceed five).
