The first ten of the Institute of 1770 from the class of '96 were taken out last night. The men and their order are as follows: 1, C. Brewer; 2, R. Brooks; 3, M. Forbes; 4, J. C. Fairchild; 5, W. B. Rogers; 6, B. Jacob; 7, G. T. Rice; 8, S. Furman; 9, H. S. Russell; 10, R. Codman, Jr.
