The Harvard Camera Club opened its exhibition of photographs in Sever 9 last evening. Both in the quality of the work and in the number of pictures, this is the most successful exhibition the club has ever held. It includes over 500 pictures, silver prints, bromides and platinotypes, besides several colored photographs and bromide enlargements.
The club is especially fortunate in its judges, having secured the services of President Sweet of the Boston Camera Club, Mr. W. S. Briggs and Mr. Benjamin Kimball. Besides the three regular prizes, a certificate of honorable mention will be awarded to any pictures which seem to deserve it. The public is invited to the exhibition, which will be open this evening from 7.30 to 9.30 and tomorrow afternoon and evening.
